Taupo Cupcakes was formed by local couple Sarah & Craig Murray in October 2017 with the aim of providing Taupo with deliciously fluffy cupcakes & cakes! After moving to Taupo in May 2017 we were surprised there was no cupcake “shop” offering a quick   service, delivering everyday and providing a range of delicious options suitable for every occasion.

We started baking from home and selling through our Facebook page.We soon added cakes to our service after many requests. We have launched this website in order to offer a quick purchasing option for all our cupcakes in packs of 6 & 12.  If you would like a custom order, cake or to change one of our packs just send us a message or give us call. We can usually help at short notice.

Craig is a chef by trade, currently working at The Bistro and is in charge of the behind the scene operations of Taupo Cupcakes while Sarah is head baker and mother to their two young girls.

Taupo Cupcakes often attends one off markets around the area, so keep a look out for them & come and say hi!
